Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your shipment
- Be available during pickup and delivery windows
- Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
- Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract with Flash Moving Service
- File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage
Filing a Claim
To file a claim for loss or damage with Flash Moving Service, submit a written description of the issue along with your booking number to [email protected] or call 7012896550. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves.Flash Moving Service will acknowledge your claim within 30 days and resolve it within 120 days.
